Atlantic Culinary Academy (part of of McIntosh College), have introduced Le Cordon Bleu into our culinary program, blending the traditional education that we have offered students since 1896 with the classical French culinary techniques that have made Le Cordon Bleu famous for over 100 years.

Programs:

  • Associate Degree in Culinary Arts
    Education with the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program at Atlantic Culinary Academy in the United States combines demonstration classes followed by hands-on practical courses in professionally equipped, modern kitchens. The curriculum comprises one of the world's most intensive, practical and comprehensive education of the highest quality. Courses are taught at succeeding levels under the technical guidance and close supervision of skilled chefs. Students are encouraged to explore their own styles, creativity and cultural background.

    Technique classes are supplemented with examinations of theory, guest demonstrations, table service education, wine courses and a variety of other related instructions. Students and staff agree: the educational experience at Le Cordon Bleu is rigorous, but highly rewarding.

    Each graduate of the program receives the coveted Le Cordon Bleu Certificate, which can open doors to an enviable career, or enhance a career in progress.
